EFC Fencing send shipments of timber to the Olympic Park

The timber is all sourced from sustainable sources and fully pressure treated to withstand anything the athletes, visitors or anyone else throws at it – which is important because these venues are not temporary, they will be a long-lasting legacy of the 2012 Olympics.

We’ve also supplied timber for the Velodrome. So when (not if) Sir Chris Hoy wins the Keirin and Victoria Pendleton sprints to Gold it’ll definitely be down to our superb timber (and nothing to do with their years of training, commitment and determination)!
